aaj ke daur me log apni sehat ka bare me bhool jate mera unse yahi kahna h ki please apni sehat par dhyan dijiye agar aap apni sehat par dhyan denge aap hi sukhi jeewan ji pange
kyonki aaj ke daur me paise ke age log apni sehat ka khyal hi rakh pate log aaj bahut jyada bimar pad rahe h
healthy rahne ke kuch tips jo jyada samay bhi nahi lenge
1). jyada se jyada hanse kyonki aaj ke jiwan me logo ne hansa hi chod diya hai.
2). kamse kam 20 minute chale nange par jisse apka bp,sugar jaise bimariyan nhi hongi.
3).kamse kam 30 minute yoga kare jase kapal bhati ,anulom-vilom etc.
4).apne aas pas ka vatavaran saph rakhe .
5). bachhon ko mobile se parhez rakhe.
